device you're uploading from. Don't hunt through Dropbox.

## TODAY — Tuesday, July 28 (30 min)

1. Buzzsprout → **Episodes → Upload New**. File: `00-trailer.mp3`
2. Title: **Welcome to Optimized Airway**
3. Episode type: **Trailer** · Season **1** · Episode # **blank**
4. Show notes: paste from `00-trailer-show-notes.md`
5. Magic Mastering: **ON**
6. Publish **now** (not scheduled — directories need a live episode)
7. Go to **Directories** tab → toggle ON: Apple, Spotify, Amazon Music,
   YouTube Music, iHeartRadio, Castbox, Podcast Index
8. Watch your inbox for the **Apple verification email** and click the link.
   If you don't click it, nothing happens and no one tells you.

Stop there for today.

If Apple hasn't come back, that's normal (1–5 business days). Nothing to do.
If Apple is approved, send me the RSS link and I'll wire the live
Apple/Spotify buttons into the `/podcast` page.

## MONDAY, August 3 (15 min)

Pre-launch push:
- Story countdown sticker: "Optimized Airway — 3 episodes tomorrow"
- Email your list (short: what the show is, 3 episodes at once, subscribe link)
- LinkedIn post

## TUESDAY, August 4 — LAUNCH DAY

Episodes 1–3 go live automatically at 6:00 AM.

- 7:00 AM: feed post + story with the "3 episodes are live" caption
- Ask for a rating/review in your story — this is the only day people do it
- Reply to every comment/DM within the day; Apple weighs early engagement

## The only two ways this stalls

1. **Apple verification email not clicked.** Check spam.
2. **Trailer left as "draft" instead of published.** Directories reject an
   empty feed and you restart the Apple review clock.
