Buzzsprout gives you the target value after you enable the custom domain. --- ## Where the two descriptions actually go (Buzzsprout has no "short description" field) This is the part that's blocking you — Buzzsprout doesn't label them the way Apple does. **1. The long description** Buzzsprout → **Settings → Podcast Info** → the big rich-text box labelled **"Description"** (it sits directly under Title/Author, below the artwork uploader). Paste the *long* version there. If you only see Title + Artwork, scroll down — the box is further down the same page, not on a separate tab. **2. The short description** There is **no separate field for it.** Apple and Spotify auto-generate the short blurb by taking roughly the **first 200 characters of your Description**. So the way you "set" the short version is: > Make the **first paragraph** of your Description the short version, then a blank line, then the rest of the long version. That's it.
